MANAGER / OPTICIAN
Joyce is a Michigan native and received her Bachelors in Education from Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois. At Concordia, she was a fast-pitch softball star. After spending some time teaching for an inner-city school district in St. Louis, Joyce relocated to Montana in 1986 with her husband. Joyce began her career at the Ronan Eye Clinic and earned her American Board of Opticianry Certification in 1987. Hard-working and devoted to the Mission Valley community and Ronan Eye Clinic, Joyce has proven herself to be invaluable asset to the business as a role model and mentor. Her knowledge regarding computer medical records, coding, and the ophthalmic industry has grown with the clinic and so have her responsibilities. Joyce lives in Ronan with her husband, Gordon, and she has two beautiful daughters who have grown into professional women like herself. Joyce is known for her appetite for Detroit Red Wing hockey and Grizzly football.
Peggy has a long history in the optometric field, starting in 1993 as a receptionist and subsequent Ophthalmic Assistant for Rocky Mountain Eye Center. She worked at Ronan Eye Clinic from 1998-2004 until her husband's job with the Montana Highway Patrol made it necessary for her to move to Dillon, Montana. During her time in Dillon, she worked for a medical billing company. Peggy and her husband returned to the Mission Valley and Ronan Eye Clinic in 2008. Peggy attended the College of South Nevada before moving to Montana. Peggy and her husband, Randy, have been married for 34 years. They have two incredible daughters and two beautiful granddaughters; they currently await grandchild number three in the spring of 2016. On the side, she enjoys camping, boating, hiking and spending time with her family.
Gordon Cummings is our finishing and dispensing optician. Although is primary responsibilities are in the lab, he also offers customer service and a friendly face while helping customers choose just the right products for their individual needs. He has knowledge about all the latest frames, styles, and lenses.
Gordon hails from Michigan. He received a BA from Concordia, Ann Arbor, Michiagan where he played collegiate tennis and a Master's Degree from Concordia, St. Louis. Gordon has been active in the community as a 4-H leader, Lake County Fair Board Member, School District 30 Board Member, Ronan High School Freshman Volleyball coach, and Ronan High School Tennis Coach for 20 years. Prior to joining the Ronan Eye Clinic, Gordon gained optical exeriance as a sales representative for Charmant Eyeware, traveling to the states of Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. He joined Ronan Eye Clinic in 2000.
Watch out! Angela was once a part of the 1992 Ronan Class "A" Women's Basketball team. Angela obtained a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Montana Western in 1997. After being a devoted stay-at-home mother for over 15 years, Angela was hired and trained as an up-and-coming ophthalmic technician at Mountain View Eyecare in Helena, MT. Wanting to move closer to home to raise her family, we were fortunate enough to have her join our staff at the Ronan Eye Clinic just recently. Angela is a genuine person who listens well to others and has a caring heart. She enjoys sports (especially basketball) as well as being creative in crafts and gardening.
Currently living in Ronan, Gerri brings a great deal of experience and professionalism to our new staff at Ronan Eye Clinic. She is an administrative, investigation and security professional with over 20 years of experience in diverse backgrounds of government and private businesses. Gerri started as a Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Aerospace Physiology Technician between 1971 and 1976. She spent many years working for U.S. Custom Service as a Canine Enforcement Officer, as well as a private investigator in Reno, Nevada. To top it all off, Gerri also served as an Administrative Assistant in the Clinical Trials Office at Nevada Cancer Institute in 2007 and 2008. On the side, Gerri is a bass guitarist who loves music. She also enjoys traveling and experiencing new people and places. Down to earth, Gerri is easy to talk with on the phone and is a great problem solver.
Native to Ronan and Polson, Molly has had previous exposure to health care as an occupational therapy aid and personalized homecare attendant. Molly has attended Salish Kootentenai College and is an excellent student. Molly is a loving mother to her son, who keeps her on her toes. We are excited to have Molly helping our customers as an optometric assistant and front desk receptionist! She is both a caring person and a good listener, which makes her a perfect addition to our clinic staff.
FRONT DESK RECEPTION / FRAME STYLIST
Mary has brought a touch of modern style to the Ronan Eye Clinic in many different ways. Mary has strong roots in Missoula, Montana, and recently moved to the Mission Valley with her husband and three children. Mary has held many different jobs in her life, but she has a very strong background in waitressing and customer service. Mary has a good taste for fashion and trends, and her bubbly personality and attitude towards seeking a healthy lifestyle is contagious. Mary is currently working towards obtaining her credentials as a certified optician. She recently traveled to Las Vegas' Vision Expo (a world renowned ophthalmic industry conference) to learn and to bring new ideas back to Ronan. In her spare time, Mary enjoys physical training, boating, and spending time with her family and friends.

Originally from Utah, Adrienne holds a degree in Business & Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Adrienne has been living in the Mission Valley for about twelve years and enjoys reading, hiking, and outdoor recreation. She loves inspirational quotes and enjoys taking care of her friends. On the side, Adrienne also breeds Collies, and she looks forward to continuing this passion into the future. Adrienne is very detail-oriented and her coordination efforts help unify our office in order to deliver the most efficient patient care experience possible.
